I opened my first hair studio in 2015. I dove deep into the business world, thinking I knew it all. You can laugh with me at just how naive I was. There were ups and downs and times when I was still determining if I would make it or if I was cut out for this career path. Seven years have passed by so quickly, and with more knowledge, experience, personal development and growth, I've rebranded my studio, formerly Arrow Hair Design, into Acme Hair Co.
A new element of my business came with the rebrand:
"Acme Your Salon". - Consulting and Hairdresser Mentoring.
I've been in the hairdressing industry for fifteen years. Over the last 10 years, I have noticed a global shift in the hair industry. Hairdressers are breaking the moulds and stereotypes, earning significant $ incomes, supporting each along the way, saying NO, taking control of their schedules and work-life balance, "niche-ing" down, providing speciality services, and creating a desirable career. If you're not keeping up, we've stopped bitching about each other and competing against each other; the more we love and respect our industry it has led people inside and outside the hair industry to respect our business structures and our craft.

Social media has a massive role in the shift by connecting hairstylists worldwide. Hairdressers are inspiring each other, educating one another, and transforming our industry and community. Social media has led me here to help guide you through this modern world of hairdressing. I want to be a part of the positive shift as your Hairdressing Mentor and Social Media Consultant helping you attract and create your ideal hair career!
"Acme Your Salon" is a 12-week mentorship programme and lifetime toolkit: it's my way of sharing my knowledge with other hairdressers so they can also market themselves effortlessly and build their dream hairdressing careers.
